
Indra has been working at Gaia's Garden since 1997. She was a very young and beautiful girl from the Auroville ecoregion. Her children were born and raised here. Every winter we harvest Andaman Rosella. Some are dried for a cup of tea, but most are made with organic Andaman Rosella jam and served to guests for breakfast. It tastes like berry jam.
