This year we had a lot of long bean from the backyard. Shared with our guests, and shared with our Auroville Family.

Some people call it French bean, some call it long bean. She is a good climber. It brings a good shade. One can plant a shade -prefer -plants inside of the shrubs. A lot of long beans hanging down from the top. We cooked it with sliced garlic, salt and fresh pepper. Goes well with rice, potatoes, and bread. When the green long beans are fully grown, it bears black bean in it. Some will be seeds for new life. We cooked it with bay leaf, onion, garlic in olive oil. **Decorated with the linen quilted (Mooshi Joekaakboh) by my guest Ms Moh and tea cup from Japan.
